Ten & Done

Terms of use

In short: Ten & Done’s basic features are free; you buy Premium through the app store. Your data stays on your device – you can back it up yourself. Ten & Done is a planning aid, not advice or treatment.

This is a translation. The German version is binding.

1. Who provides the app

The Ten & Done app is provided by Andreas Zimmermann, Mathildenstraße 27, 40239 Düsseldorf, Germany (see the legal notice). These terms apply to the use of the app. By installing and using it, you agree to them.

2. What the app is

Ten & Done helps you plan your day with ten notes, keep up habits and stay on track. The app offers suggestions but does not replace medical, psychological or other professional advice or treatment. If you are not doing well, please reach out to a professional.

3. Free and Premium

4. Your data

Ten & Done has no account and no server. What you plan lives only on your device; we have no access to it. That is why we cannot recover lost data. Please back it up regularly – in the app under “Backup”, as a file or with Google Drive. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

5. Services from other providers

Some features use services from other providers when you turn them on: for example your calendar, Google Drive for backup, your device’s speech recognition and the store for purchases. Those providers’ terms apply as well. We are not responsible for their availability.

6. Fair use

You may use the app privately for yourself. Please don’t try to get around protections such as the Premium unlock, and don’t distribute the app other than through the official stores. The name Ten & Done is a pending trademark. Please don’t copy the app’s texts, images, the character Tack or its design without our permission.

7. Changes and availability

We keep developing the app. Features may change, be added or be removed. We work to keep the app running reliably but cannot promise this for every device. If these terms change significantly, we will point it out in the app or on this page.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach a duty essential to using the app, and only for typical, foreseeable damage. For free use we are liable only for intent and gross negligence.

9. Law and contact

German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of your country’s mandatory rules. Questions? Write to us: hallo@tenanddone.app
